Als de priesters ingegaan zullen zijn, zo zullen zij uit het heiligdom niet weder uitgaan in het buitenste voorhof, maar aldaar hun klederen henenleggen, in dewelke zij gediend hebben, want die zijn een heiligheid; en zij zullen andere klederen aantrekken, en naderen tot hetgeen voor het volk is.

Als de priesters binnengekomen zijn, mogen zij niet meer vanuit het heiligdom naar de buitenste voorhof gaan, maar zij moeten daar hun kleding, waarin zij dienst hebben gedaan, neerleggen, want die is heilig. Dan moeten zij andere kleding aantrekken en mogen zij in de nabijheid komen van de plaats die voor het volk is.
