Laat ons dan nu een verbond maken met onze God, dat wij al die vrouwen, en wat van haar geboren is, zullen doen uitgaan, naar den raad des HEEREN, en dergenen, die beven voor het gebod onzes Gods; en laat er gedaan worden naar de wet.

Welnu, laten wij een verbond sluiten met onze God om alle vrouwen en het uit hen geborene weg te sturen, volgens de raad van de Heere en van hen die beven voor het gebod van onze God, en er zal overeenkomstig de wet gehandeld worden.
